Benjamin grew up building houses, barns, and decks with his father in Missouri. Since moving to Colorado, he became a certified home inspector in 2016 and has been inspecting ever since. 

 

Benjamin is also a certified residential thermographer, served as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI for 8 years, and on the ASHI board of Standards and Ethics.

Stephen is a InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with a background in facility management and construction.

 

In addition to home inspections, Stephen is fully licensed and certified to perform Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections in the state of Colorado.

Jeff is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with years of hands-on handyman experience and a passion for helping people better understand their homes.

For more than 20 years, Jeff worked as an advertising creative before following his passion for homes and becoming a home inspector. Jeff is committed to providing thorough, easy-to-understand inspections that help buyers and homeowners feel informed and confident.

When he's not inspecting homes, he enjoys working on DIY projects and spending time outdoors in Colorado with his wife and their dog.

Ryan is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector and BDS! Certified Sewer Scope Inspector. He brings extensive hands-on experience in general contracting, plumbing, and electrical work, giving him a well-rounded background and great eye for the details that matter during a home inspection.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking and spending time with his family.

Jamie is an InterNACHI Certified and NRPP Certified radon professional, licensed to perform radon testing in Colorado.

 

Known for her meticulous organization, she ensures every test is scheduled and conducted with care, while keeping all radon devices up-to-date and properly maintained. Through her detailed reports, Jamie provides clients with peace of mind, ensuring they feel safe and informed in their homes.
